The injector was subjected to a partial plating process that produced high uniformity of thickness for both outer and inner diameters, with a precision of a few microns.

On the mass production line, we have developed a system that automates all plating and inspection processes.

In addition to fully automatic plating equipment, we installed inspection system that applies image processing and film thickness measurement machines.
